I made something :)
Tomato Coulis. 1 kg tomato yields 4 jars. I hope the preserving went well, time will show ( if we don’t eat it all right away 🙂
Update: tried first jar. Preservation went well, it went “pop” when I opened it. Sauce is tasty, strong flavors, a bit much garlic perhaps (can there ever be enough garlic?).
